The four costs of AI without clear ownership.

  1. 01Licences purchased department by department, with no view of what is already in use.
  2. 02Data that is missing, inaccessible or unreliable.
  3. 03Pilots that end in a presentation, with no route to production.
  4. 04Training that leaves everyday work unchanged.

Safe AI
  • Every engagement begins with an audit. We map every AI tool in use across the organisation before recommending a course of action.
  • EU AI Act alignment from day one. Where applicable, risk classification, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment (FRIA), Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and transparency obligations are addressed during design and build.
  • Shadow AI is a material risk. We identify unmanaged AI use; the leadership team decides whether to govern, replace or retire the tool.

One continuous process. The same cycle applies to AI transformation and digital growth.

Visibility × ROI. The name explains the system: Shine is visibility, shared visibility of the organisation, its channels and its performance. ROI is profitability. Both are essential to durable value.

Frequently Asked Questions.

How long does the programme take, and what determines the budget?

The programme runs for six to eight months. The budget depends on the size of the organisation, the number of functions in scope, the number of systems involved and the implementation scope in Phase 3. We provide a tailored scope and price after the initial consultation. For a more focused starting point, the AI Audit & Strategy page sets out three entry options.

How does the programme differ from a pilot?

A pilot examines one process. The programme establishes ownership, operating principles, sequencing and investment decisions across the organisation. Pilots sit within Phase 3 of the programme.

Who needs to be involved on our side?

An executive sponsor, the owners of processes in scope and an IT representative. Phase 1 typically requires a few hours each month. Phase 3 also requires time from the users working directly with the solution.

Does the EU AI Act apply to our organisation?

The EU AI Act applies to organisations that develop, provide or use AI systems in a professional context in the EU. Obligations vary by role and use case. Article 50 transparency rules have applied since 2 August 2026. Depending on the organisation's role and the system in use, they include informing people when they are interacting directly with AI, machine-readable marking of certain synthetic outputs, and visible labelling of deepfakes and certain AI-generated text published to inform the public without human review or editorial control. Prohibited AI practices and AI literacy requirements have applied since February 2025. The AI Omnibus has set later application dates for high-risk system rules: 2 December 2027 for stand-alone systems in Annex III, and 2 August 2028 for high-risk AI embedded in regulated products under Annex I. Other AI Act obligations remain subject to their own application dates.

Legal position checked: 6 September 2026.

What if AI is not the right solution?

We will say so and recommend a lower-cost route — most often process redesign or better integration of the systems you already use. We take on projects where a measurable return can be defined.

Can you work with our existing technology stack and IT provider?

Yes. We integrate with the environment you already have. In many projects, your IT provider delivers the integrations while we define the scope, design the process and establish the measurement approach. Every implementation ends with handover documentation and remains portable across vendors.

30 minutes to establish where to start.

We’ll assess your organisation’s AI readiness, identify the processes with the strongest potential for return and advise whether to begin with the full programme or a more focused scope.
